I would like input from folks on what they have in their packet filter rule list for rules. I am looking to tighten up my security a lot instead of having only the one single rule I have that allows the Internal Network to send traffic via ANY service to ANY location. (I am using the firewall in the Transparent Proxy mode and this seems to be the only rule that will allow all of my other programs to connect successfully.) I just would just rather not be this loose with my rulesets allowing EVERYTHING to get out at will. I look forward to your ideas and pointers.
