Time out restriction

Firstly I apologise if this post is in the wrong place.
What I am trying to achieve with my V5 product is to remove the timeout that is defaulted. By that I mean that if I remote in and then disconnect, I cannot remot in for over an hour. Is there any way of disabling this feature?
