Public IPS

I have multiple public IPs I would like to know if astaro will support those ip's being translate to servers behind it?

Yep, Astaro supports DNAT, Masquerading, and SNAT translation.

will this also work if I assign public IPs to the servers and do a DMZ for the servers?

Great product I have been looking at all the great thing that are possible in this forum.

Yes, you could, but that would waste official IPs.
I would recommend you to use private adresses in the DMZ and DNATing your external IPs
