GoToAssist

Does anyone have any experience of this GoToAssist thing?

One of our staff here is using a new CRM system and requested some support from the CRM company. They sent though a URL which she clicked and low and behold - the support person was running around on their desktop!

Its seems to use citrix technology which I am not familliar with. 

Anyone?

  • From what I read on site,It appears to work somewhat similar to WebEx,although I think webex is a activeX senario.This seems to use citrix
    tech thru a url,etc. I just might request a demo to check out. They use
    VNC and WebEx at work.
