Problem with a rule

Hi,

I would like, in order to administer an external Firewall, to give the port 418 free.
However the connection is not permitted(Drop). Why?

217.6.xxx.xxx = external eth

NAT Rules:

Rules:
0     0 LOGACCEPT  tcp  --  *      *       0.0.0.0/0            192.168.1.68        tcp spts:1:65535 dpt:418 


Service:
Raptor_Console TCP 1:65535 418
