two different connections to the internet

I need a step-by-step instruction what describes the configuration to use two different internet connections wiht one ASG.
Issue: We have a dedicated line would we use for the servers und wie have a PPPOE DSL connection would be use for surfing internet for our PC-Clients.
The servers and clients are in the same subnet.
I have configured the PPPOE-Connection as PPPOE-DSL Connection on eth1, the internal network is eth0, eth2 is for DMZ.

I'll connected the DSL-Modem and the Router from the dedicated line over a switch to eth1. The PPPOE works fine - I can surfing the Internet. 
Now I need a Solution (Routing, policy-Routing, NAT,Network-Design etc.)
for Routing all Traffic from a couple of specified Servers over the dedicated Line and all Traffic from the Clients over the PPPOE-DSL-Connection.

I will split my/our traffic by definition of the used source.
Must i define the dedicated line or the PPPOE-line as default?
