Live log goes blank

I have just configured by Astaro 220G and am keeping an eye on general traffic on the box to make sure I have filtered correctly.

I keep the Live Log up and running on my PC but find after a period of time it goes blank and nothing appears. It's not the timeout of the Admin session as this is set for longer and I can still browse the menus, etc fine - it just seems to be the Live Log that bombs out.

Any ideas?

What I often do is pause the log, push the clear button then un-pause the log. This usually gets things going again.
