is there a way to dedicate bandwith to a single ip

i just got vonage voip and it works great untill i start some of my p2p applications then the person on the other side complains that my vioce gets choppy i was wondering if there was a way to dedicate some bandwith just for the vonage appliance any help would be much appreciated

    well i want to thank everyone who gave me some feedback because now it seems to be working great i prioritized the bandwith and turned on the qos on my internal card. i had to tweek down my outgoing bandwith quite a bit more than i thought would be neccessary but i have emule running and i was able to make a clear call to a generous friend who was willing to put up with the broken sound while i tweeked

    If you need bandwith management down to kb per IP then I would recommend using V4 Astaro :-)
