Astaro dropping RIP packets from Linksys router

Hello,
I have a Astaro gateway for my home network w/ 3 ethernet interfaces.
eth0 = cable modem
eth1 = network 192.168.2.0
           subnet mask 255.255.255.0
          2 clients
eth2 = network 192.168.3.0
           subnet mask 255.255.255.0
           Linksys router IP 192.168.3.254
          Default Gateway IP 192.168.3.128
The linksys router is routing for networks 192.168.3.0 and 192.168.1.0
I turned on the linksys to route w/ RIP.

When I look at the live log for the packet filter I can see the rip requests are dropped.
Here is the error;
192.168.3.254 520 -> 192.168.3.255 520 UDP 20 32 64 CE

I added a packet filter rule allowing all rip requests for port 520, which is RIPv2's UDP port.

Please help.
