No IPS for DMZ Server (from internal net)

Hi!

I have a server in a DMZ, files are put there via SMB, and read from the internet via FTP. Now with the IPS activated I get lots of messages that special SMB packages have been detected.
Is there a way to turn off the IPS-Messages concerning traffic coming from the internal net towards the DMZ?
