Critical Error in IPS update stops all traffic

Ref: see thread "Error after IPS up2date from 1.feb" in IPS section of this web site.

This is a major mistake that is relatively well hidden that causes a catastrophic failure on some networks.  The fix is easy but only if you know about it.

Users -- please make these chages asap
Astaro engineers --  please push a fix asap
