Ksoftirqd process eat all CPU time

Hello, does anyone here experienced Astaro firewall crash?

I'm currenly investigate a bad traffic within my LAN that cause
Astaro crash every 1-2 Hrs.

When it crashed, I log in to console, then I see one process
named "Ksoftirqd" eat all CPU time ~99.7-100%
While in this situation..
- Clients in LAN are not able to access internet.
- HTTPS Web admin still accessible.
- I can ping inside/outside Astaro LAN Interfaces.
- I can use restart command from Astaro Web admi page.

Until I can solve all internal traffic, I would like to know how
Ksoftirqd related to Firewall crash?

 [:S]rewall.

Thank you.
