Hello, I am using astaro V5 on a basic level. I got the masquerading up to got the internet that's almost it. I need to know how to open ports to play age3 on directip. Here are the list of ports:

Port forwarding must be enabled on the TCP port 80.
• Port forwarding must be enabled on the TCP port 2300.
• Port forwarding must be enabled on the UDP ports that are in the range of 2300 to 2310 from your router to the computer that is hosting the game.

I would like to know exactly how to get that open, Thanks

A friend help me to get masquerading up to get the internet, last time I installed astaro V5 I use the faq to get help. I tried to use the help on pc anyware as a basis to get that running but I must be missing someting because the game isn't able to connect when I am connected on the firewall.

Check the packetfilter live log.

Thanks for the info on the log, I need to know exactly what I must do when I see a line like that, what I must do to for exemple allow that stuff:

03:55:50 192.168.1.1 1440 -> 255.255.255.255 1440 UDP 20 160 60

That's a broadcast packet... nothing you can do with it, but look for others.

Here is the basic configuration I got:

Masquerading: Network - Internal (Network) Interface External

for the packet filter I need to put: Source Any - Service Any - Destination Any

If I try to get someting up like Any - Http - Any nothing works, I must have someting wrong somewere.......

That looks fine, but some programs need DNAT for incoming packets as well.
