Astaro box with 4-6 WAN links

on the inside (LAN) it is no problem to setup like 6 vlan subinterface. if you have 6 physical interface on the inside thats of course no problem as well.

but what about your 6 wan links. all six provide internet access. or just one (1)? 
if one link provides internet access and the other ~5 provide wan access to other networks, there will be no problem.

just keep in mind that you can have only one default gateway on your asl.

The 6 WAN links will connect to 6 different networks - all terminated in their own RJ45.

Should be fine with static routing. Anything else would be more complicated, but not impossible.

It's possible.  I have used astaro for up to eight wan links while using policy routing. Like in the post above, just make sure you input the static routes.
