Bypass SMTP proxy or use other public ip

To all,

    Good day to you all,

               Can anyone help me configure my astaro. Is there a way on how I could set additional public ip and NAT it to port 25 without using the SMTP proxy? Is this possible? My plan is to route the incoming to a seperate server with Antivirus installed for scanning the SMTP then forward my mail to my real mail server. Is this possible?

    Why don't you use the Astaro proxy with the inbuilt mail scanner, rather than have to build another mail server?

    Ian M,

         Thank you for your response, I'd like to setup another mail scanner because there are some viruses that pass to the astaro and also I would like to test other SMTP gateway solution like symantec,mcafee,trendmicro and other products.
