How to access to public ipaddress mail services fr

the configuration is the following:

                                    |public ipaddress
                           |---- ASL ----|
                                    |
                                    |
             ---------------------------------------------- private LAN
                        | private ipaddress
            |---- mailserver ----|

E-mail services (smtp, pop3, imap) have NATted from ASL public ip to mailserver private ip.

Internet users have configured Outlook for POP3/IMAP using ASL public address and all works fine.
Now, when these clients goes to the LAN, must to switch OL profile to private ip of mailserver.

In order not to have two OL profiles (internal/external) I need to have the Outlook of internal clients configured to use the ASL public address as POP3/IMAP server (like internet users).

Which kind of Packet Filter or NAT Rules I must to have to ASL ?
