i have an adsl pppoe dial up line with 32 ip adresses (the provider route an public lan on it).
one linksys router makes an ppoe connection (wan 217.140.81.218, lan 217.140.85.254 mask 255.255.255.224, nat disable, firewall disabled, mtu size automatik).
an astaro asl6 (wan 217.140.85.253, additional .252 ..., lan 192.168.40.254, mtu size 1492).
with one workstation (192.168.40.100, win xp, default gateway 192.168.40.254) i view webpages, but many are not loaded complete. if ichange the private ip to one public ip on the workstation (routed over the linksys router, not the astaro) the pages loaded complete.
whats going wrong? ist the error the mtu size? how can i solve the problem?
