How to mux 2 Internet downlinks

I've got a second DSL Internet connection and was wondering how it could be mixed to be used seamlessly (as it was just one connection) through a LAN.
Tried NAT, Load Balancing but no success.
How it could be done (preferably under ASL v4)?
I'd appreciate any help.

    Hi,

    V4 dose not support policy based routing. Neither dose it support a second DSL connection. If you want to stick with V4 you need some external router, that supports loadbalancing and 2 or more DSL connections.

    Well, it seems that I am too outdated...  [:$]
    But V4 does support Load Balancing... Unfortunately it's not working for me.

    V4 loadbalancing on WAN side? 

    "With the Load Balancing function, you can distribute incoming service traffic to several backend machines. This could be SMTP or HTTP traffic, for example."

    Policy Routing can work in v4 but it's not supported by astaro itself.  I have used it for quite some time and when it's finally configured it works great.  Better than the v6  policy routing, in my opinion.  Anyway, you have to edit the routes.local and the squid.conf-default (if your using the proxy), to get it to work.  It's not easy to figure out and many of the posts I used in the past don't seem to be available anymore.
