QoS through NAT??

One of the great features of Astaro and like products is the ability to throttle traffic.  give some activities more priority and pipe than others.

When I have QoS setup on our external Interface (T1) but NAT some of the services I want to throttle to an address on our Internal network, does the QoS settings still apply?

My rule is, for example:
External QoS (upload ): 1581:830:530:221
DNAT: any TO External_WWW -> chg target to Internal_WWW
PF Rule: any  -> low priority -> httpd ->  Internal_WWW

Also, the 'External' Interface has the QoS.. Do all of the 'Additional Addresses ' Also need to have QoS defined?
