Rules set to alert upon reboot

I just rebooted ASL 6.001 and find that many rules are now set to alert (all of them are withing the backdoor or successful attack categories).  My ASL is not showing a recent IDS ruleset update and many of the rules in question date back to 1999 and beyond.

Update: I just recalled a strange occurrance within Web Admin.  When examining the rules in IDS I clicked on the icon to toggle the Alert/Drop flag on a rule.  At this point, ALL rules in all categories  inversed themseves in terms of Action and On/Off.  This isa bug in the code somewhere and incredibly irritating.  It took me a moment to figure out just what was happening.

    I have noticed strange things when the browser try t read from cache.  I usually clear my browser's cache before messing with the ips.  I agree something is a bit wonky though.
