no access to internet via firewall

Greetings!

Been playing around with the trial version and just can't seem to get access to the outside world.  I'm looking for the easiest setup for the following scenario:

Client:
LAN IP:  192.168.0.101
SUBNET MASK:  255.255.255.0
DG:  12.107.243.3

Firewall:
LAN IP:  192.168.2.100
SUBNET MASK: 255.255.255.0
WAN IP: 12.107.243.59
DG:  12.107.243.3

WEBSERVER:
LAN IP:  192.168.2.229
SUBNET MASK: 255.255.255.0
DG: 12.107.243.3

Basically, I want to just put the web server on the LAN side of the firewall and use NAT translation.  Problem is, I can ping the web server from the client PC (both being on the LAN) but I can’t get out to the internet from the client PC.  I would just like to reset the whole thing and only enable the minimum required items to make this work.

Please….help….me….[:)]

    Hi emattie,

    How many NICs are you using in the firewall?
    What kind of modem/router are you using?
    Your internal network can be the same as the Client,
    The webserver is saver on a DMZ with a 3rd NIC or so with (192.168.3.100 or so)and separate rules. (http allow etc. from any to webserver).
    Put the webadmin (Internal Interface)on let say 192.168.2.100/24
    Client with static 192.168.2.150/32
    The Wan (External interface) another subNet like 172.168.1.100  with the Gateway (modem ip), it depends on the modem connection you are using.

    Than you can make different rules for the differant networks Internal(clients)/DMZ (Webserver usage)!
    You can use Masqurading for the internal users.....
    For the Webserver you have to make DNAT rules like Any->External interface->Webserver etc. etc.

    Look around for further details on this site.
