some webpages not routed

Dear friends,

I´ve installed the new Astaro and configured 2 interfaces, internal and external and also configured MASQ and packet filter to allow anything, and there was (at first) no problem, BUT:
it is not possible to go to www.ebay.com or www.microsoft.com and maybe some other pages
BUT:
all other pages like google or any other is woring.

So this behaviour for me is very, very strange. I don´t understand, we I can not go to microsoft.
MAYBE:
the ping is working to the "working" pages like google. but it isn´t to microsoft.

I don´t understand whats wrong, maybe someone of you had a similar problem.

(The ISP is working, because I´ve tried it with windows and I could go to all pages)

    Hi,

    I thing it’s a DNS problem!
    Configure the DNS-Servers from your ISP under Proxies->DNS as “Forwarding Name Servers”.

    What about the configuration, do you use the HTTP Proxy with Surf Protection enabled? If the ping works to google and not to microsoft, try to use another DNS server. If you use the HTTP Proxy, what is the configuration (mode, anonymity, SP,VP ...).
    What are the DNS settings? Can you pin ms from the firewall directly?
