problems after changing public ip range

Which process uses all the CPU? What does the log of these process show?

please take a look at the  attached cpu.txt 

 /usr/bin/confd  always  use ~ 35%
 /var/wfe/syscall.pl (httpd) always use ~ 30 %
/var/mdw/mdw_daemon.pl always use ~ 30%
and the interface.pl  use sometimes up to ~30% i think it depends on if it starts or go down

I assume the middleware is the problem. Are there any logs (clickt "show support logs" to see the middware logs)? Maybe something loops.

Yes, but middleware complaints about uplink failover. Maybe you enabled it accidentally. And so it has a wrong configuration.

i checked it several times...no interface use a  uplink failover

the problem is solved! (take a look at the attached graphs)

i remove all additional address on eth1 and inevitably all that depending nat rules...and greate new ones.

imho.. it's a bug!
