SIP Problem (SIPURA 3000) with Astaro newest ver.

Hi, 
i and also others have the following problem:
We use the Sipura SPA-3000 and it works fine, until our provider changes the IP (or cuts the connection). Then we have to switch the Sipura 3000 off for a while and turn it on again (after 10 minutes). The problem persists only on the astaro i think. Have a look here (German) for further informations:   http://www.ip-phone-forum.de/forum/viewtopic.php?p=85122#85122

    Hi again, 
    i still haven´t found the solution to the Problem. 
    I´ve also tried to install Asterisk, same problem again. So what is wrong with my config? (I don´t think it is the config, cause there are many others with the same problem)

    OK i hope someone finds an answer (i´ll try my best).....

    astaro is not the problem ;-)

    check this one:

    spa settings:

    NAT Support Parameter-> all yes and stun server added
                                          ->NAT Keep Alive Intvl: 15

    in you line config:
    ->NAT Settings:
       -> NAT Mapping Enable = yes
       -> NAT Keep Alive Enable =no *
       -> NAT Keep Alive Msg= empty (nothing) *
       ->NAT Keep Alive Dest: $PROXY
    *probably the most important settings
