V4.025 MASQ, Static IPs and Virtual Interfaces ??

V4.025  question regarding MASQ with 3 virtual interfaces.
I have assigned 4 static IPs to the external and its 3 virtual interfaces..
I have a single MASQ rule on my external interface.
all is working well except for a minor annoyance.

The default MASQ behavior seems to be to round robin outbound connections through the pool of 4 external addrs. Not my inent.

I want them to default to the external address and not use the virtual  interfaces unless I specifically SNAT them.

I am using QoS and SNATing only certain hosts to the virtual interfaces and would like hosts to default to external IP unless I specify another virtual  via SNAT rule.

Is it possible to disable  this round robin "feature" in MASQ?

Rob_F,

I have also recognised this bad behavior and solved it by assingning a 32 bit mask to the alias interfaces and removing default gateway settings.

already had the /32 subnet mask but there were gateways present.

setting gateway to "none" on all virtual interfaces solved the problem!
