NAT and iptables not updated after DSL disconnect?

It seems, that a forced disconnect from my dsl-provider (new ip) does not alter the DSL (Address).
I have a iptable rule any->my computer and NAT ANY->
DSL (Address) /my port. After a disconnect I see denies in my packetfilter log. Restarting the interface does nothing; restarting the firewall solves the problem. Does anyone have the same problem or knows a solution?
