in my office i installed a secondary Virus-Scanner on a Server from Trend Micro after the Astaro Firewall V5. Now i have problem to automatic Update the Trend Micro SMB . The TrendMicro connect to the Updateserver via http-Port and download the signatures. But i can not connect to the Update Server. For testing i open all ports for the TrendMicro server to get his update.
to normal access with the Server to the internet via port 80 i have no problem.
The error messages from the Trend Micro called : Error in the source Network . When i connect the TrendmicroServer direct to the Internet i have no Problem to get the Updates. For testing i dump the networktraffic beetwen the Trendmicro Server and the Astaro, but i see nothing frong. have an Idea ?
