Help setting up QoS - Please

I am in need of help. I am running on a cable modem internet. I have 384Kbps upstream bandwidth and 2048Kbps downstream bandwidth. As this is a cable modem the bandwidth fluctuates. I want to setup QoS so that the webserver I host doesn't hurt my downloads and vice a versa.

My question is do I setup Qos on all the interfaces with the bandwidth entered in like this:

DMZ: upload     = 384
         download = 2048

Internal: upload      = 384
              download  = 2048

External: upload      = 384
               download  = 2048

I mainly just surf the web. I have five machines on my lan and 1 webserver/ftp server on my DMZ. 

Please can anybody help.

    Only set the bandwidth on your EXT interface.

    Also, when you create PacketFilter rules, set the priorities as you desire.

    I think this is in the manual.

    Also note QOS only affects OUTGOING traffic.
