Isn't is just SSL connections that need to be setup on a Packet Filter to the server?

owa works fine with astaro -  owa only uses https so there is no issue.

i've been successfully accessing two different OWA 2003 servers for several months through a simple https pf rule; no Web-DAV.  i happen to be the server admin for one of the two sites and as i recall the default OWA 2003was https.

I have just setup Exchange 2003 and web mail using https to the server.  I purchased a cert for use.

To use Outlook from outside I setup the RPC over HTTP proxy which uses SSL (443) to connect to the server.

All working very nicely behind ASL.

Thanks for the help.  Looks like I'll have to figure out how to get it running on https.  When setting up the Exchange server we followed steps found in Google Groups but ended up loosing all OWA, at least I know now that's the way we for sure need to go.

Hi, I think AaronGenter is right about WebDav part. There are two ways to solve this problem.
1. Dont use WebDav (Since it is a security risk - vulnerabilities)
2. Use SSL as other people have told u.
