Firewall rejecting with Any -> All <- Any

I'm on version 4.025

I have deleted all rules, and created one single full access rule, but the packet filter livelog still show the packets being blocked. This is for TCP and UDP traffic to most/all of the ports needed to run e-donkey clients.

I am using NAT on the inside, is there something else I need to do?

    Do you use public adresses in your internal network (where the e-donkey is)?
    If you use privat adresses in your network, I assume you make a masquerading on ASL. By using e-donkey users try to access your e-donkey client to download files. This connection is not allowed, because of course the public IP of the firewall is not able to known the internal IP of the e-donkey client.
    You need to set some DNATs to redirects e-donkey traffic to your e-donkey client. As far as I known this is port 4660:4667/tcp, 4672/udp. Without these settings you will not get a high ID.
