Baffled with a B: after installing astaro v.4.0 my nat rules do not work anymore!!!
Check this out: I have a ISP's modem with ip-address 80.57.210.222 connected to a router for the DHCP-stuff. Connected to this, my astaro firewall with 4 interfaces. eth3 has the address: 192.168.123.199 (external_interface). The DMZ interface has 192.168.134.1 with a hub and two servers, 192.168.134.80 and 192.168.134.20. The 192.168.134.80 is the http server. My DNAT-rule:
any - ISP-modem / HTTP - None - httpserver. Does not work.
my policy rule: Any - HTTP - httpserver - allow
I can reach the httpserver with tcp-connect, port 80, but nothing comes up from outside. I also tried to chenge the ISP-modem's ip-address in the DNAT-rule for the external_interface. Nope, nada,niente. And the vinegar comes in now: it all worked before I my ISP took away my fixed IP-address and gave me a DHCP address. Therefore I use the router to get rid of the hussle. How to get this straight again. Thank you all, my friends, on beforehand.
