Masquerading ports 5198 and 5199 - help

These 2 ports are needed for a Hamradio VOIP application. I have these 2 assigned in Service Definitions as
Echolink  UDP  1:65535  5198:5199 Hamradio VOIP
They don't appear for selection in filtering.
When I connect to the server, the initial voice announcement packets from the server get dropped
204.60.100.155 5199->5198  
I record a message on the test server and it plays it back correctly, but I've not been able to see how these packets come back, they seem to scroll of the top. Appreciate a hint on how I can get these packets through the firewall.
Previously I used BBIagent firewall, but that stopped connecting to my cable modem, with that, I was able to configure these ports to communicate with a specific internal IP Address.

    Hi,
    How can be you didn't get it in the filtering (Packet filtering) services listed ? Are you sure that you stored the changed in the definitions (I tried the same and i got it in the filtering list).
    Maybe you have to applay some NAT too on this ports to the destination server. Could you give some more details about your network configuration and from where to where you need the packets routed
