Right now I'm away from home and outside my ASL which is at home. I can check mail, etc. as normal. I can connect via PPTP with no problems. I can connect to my internal machines and administer them without problems. All seems to work normally.
If I try to surf to www.yahoo.com, it works. If I try to surf to www.samspade.org, it just waits and waits and waits. I can ping www.yahoo.com, it gets the ip and receives ping replies. If I ping www.samspade.org it resovles to 206.117.161.81 but times out without receiving replies.
If I surf to 206.117.161.81 fails as well.
If I bring up a Radmin screen for a machine in my DMZ, I can surf to samspade. If I shutdown PPTP, I can surf to samspade from the machine I'm using.
I'm using PPPoE with a MTU=1492, when I'm connected via PPTP, the ppp1 interface has an MTU=1396
Enabling the HTTP proxy works, however.
Has anyone seen this problem before?
