simple portforwarding?

hello out there!

i´ve got a little problem with portforwarding/nat/dmz...
i have a dmz, where a ftp-server sits and waits for its transfers.
but i can´t figure out to setup the rules for it...
can anybody help me qith this? all i want to do is a simple portforwarding (like i did earlier with all those cheap routers).
the same with ssh.

i don´t know what the mistake is. i reinstalled my astaro from scratch, so a little step-by-step-please-hold-my-hand-tutorial would be nice *g*

thx in advance
