I've now had several cases (Microsoft, SuSE, Astaro, and one other) where I've tried to download large files (both HTTP and FTP, from both Windoze and Linux (SuSE, 9.0) in which the transfer seems to 'stall' at some point (different sizes for different files, but usually within .1Mb for the same file multiple times).
I'm not seeing anything in the log files, and the ISPs on both sides say "nothing's wrong here". Has anyone else seen this sort of behavior? The stalls are usually around 20-50Mb of files with total sizes of between 100 and 1200Mb.
