Exception to a "rule".?

Anyone else seen this?
I have a rule that goes from Cobalt200 (192.168.1.200) -->Allow --> Any .
This is a webserver running POP3, DNS on my LAN.
Internal Address is 192.168.1.110.
Any connections from port 137 and port 113 on the webserver to 110 or 255 is dropped in the Live Log.
Any suggestions?

Those are Windows SMB/netbios broadcasts. Search the forums for how to drop them without logging.
