I have a DMZ and i've been running into all sorts of problems moving very large files between LAN and DMZ(LAN to DMZ has full acess), so i changed the cabling to crossover(it was behind a 10Mbps hub) and i started copying, windows went crazy copying(started fine, reached the end and showed 524000 minutes left), and then failed.
the BW never surpassed 10Mbps, so i went and checked the QoS properties and changed them to 100000 kbps down/up, now the file finished, but windows went crazy the same, and the BW never passed 50%(monitored from the task manager BW meter in the DMZ server) -if i connect directly to LAN the BW is aroun 70%-.
what am i setting wrong?, what's the correct QoS setting for 100Mbps FDX?.
BTW: the internal LAN card is set to 100000 UP/DOWN too
