how to play games behind astaro

Hey guys, I play 2 games that since I  have installed and started going through astarO I Can;tplay. They are Everquest and Counter strike. How can I get it to allow me to play these 2 games? Thanx all

    use the search function from the forum, this was discussed offen!

    what you need:
    1. you have set a nat-rule for your internal lan
    2. allow the recommended ports from your game (google can help you)

    TIP: create service groups and you will have set only one rule for each game

    This are ports from some games:

    *  Battlefield 1942   [DST-P: UDP 14567; UDP 2200; UDP 23000-2009; TCP28900]
    *  BattleNet e.g. Starcraft   [DST-P: TCP/UDP 6212-6119]
    *  Halflife  [DST-P: UDP 1200; UDP 27015-27030]
    *  CounterSrike (Steam)  [DST-P: UDP 27000-27015; TCP 27030-27039]
    *  Halo  [DST-P: UDP 2302-2303; UDP 27901; TCP 28910]

    game not work? view packetfilter.log and you kwow what i need!

    sorry but were do i go to allow this? I ca't find  were to allow specefic prots. I am sure I am over looking it but the online help search for ports doesn;t help either. takes me to support and anythign else with port.

    I have the manual. I am not a bright guy. There are somethings that I don't understand  which is why I post. So as I tinker with this I will post what I learn/find, so others can use it. thanx for the games u listed.

    you must first define the ports (services) in the defenitions/services menue. its very easy. after you do this, go to the packetfilter/rules menue and add your specified rules. thats all.

    kewl I got the eq patcher going through now and  am working more on it. Thanx for the heads up and the user manual is great. I just had no idea were to look thanx again.
