Selective rule allowing all ports above 1024

In a certain configuration, only selected allowed services (aka: TCP and UDP ports) are allowed to connect from the internal LAN to Internet.

Let us assume  that a certain trusted site uses a "dynamic access" created by periodically changing the access ports above 1024.

How can I create a rule that will allow me to access such URL (mind, only for such URL!) through any port above 1024?

    sounds for me like a no go. There is no option to configure an URL as source of a packet filter rule -> OSI layer mismatch.

    But maybe I have got you wrong, let's wait for others commenting your request [:)]
