iptables

hi
i have 2 internet connections on my v5.22 asl
eg. bt_adsl eth#2 & esynet_adsl eth#3

default gateway is set to eth#2 router used for our email server.

i have added an iptable with a default gateway for eth#3 used for web browsing.

it all works fine except that it doesn't keep the settings after an update or reboot.

so i have to manually enter all the info again.

any ideas as to how i can get it to keep this after a reboot etc.

I would think this could be done with the NAT settings in webmin.

I don't think so, the feature you'd like to have is called policy based routing which is unfortunately not available as WebAdmin option. There is a rather old document describing the setup under the hood -> http://docs.astaro.org/older_versions/ASL-V3.2/docs_v3/hacking/policy_routing.txt

Don't know if the give information still works in version 5, but anyway be careful with Astaro's new support policyin commercial environments.
