Routing questions - suggestions are welcome

Greetings to everybody out there,

does anybody have some suggestions for the following problem?
4 Networkcards

1 extern 130.83.xxx.xxx
2 console 192.168.77.xxx
3 intern 130.83.215.xxx
4 special for free use

I want to use my emailServer in a ip-address-range 192.168.1.X

Is it possible that requests from outside will be rerouted to 192.168.1.1?
Is it possible that the users from 130.83.215.X have access to pop, imap, and other services on 192.168.1.1?
Is it possible to use my networkcard "4 special for free use" for this purpose?
How can i solve this?

    The keyword is DNAT. You can forward traffic regarding the ports you want to the Mailserver. If the 192.168.1.x network is not connected to the ASL directly, set a route which shows the packets where to flow. And also don´t forget to set paket filters

    Hi,
    where have i to add the route?
    one standardgatewary is setup from inside to outside.
    do i have to go to the networkcard and add the route there?
    i think this will not work properly.

    Dear Heinz,
    where is your mailserver connected to? You have to add a route on your ASL to route all traffic addressed to 192.168.1.x to the gateway, where the 192.168.1.0 networkn is connected to. Try to use the command 'route add -net 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw the_gateway_where_the network is reachable'.
    Tell us more about your networktopology.

    130.X.215.129 - 254 / 255.255.255.128 intern
    192.168.77.X console (administrating)
    130.X.99.22 - extern - gateway
    192.168.2.x - should be DMZ with WEB and MailServer

    have i to login as root directly on the astarofirewall to add the route?
    have i to add the route only in one direction?
    Kannst auch auf deutsch antworten ;-)

    you didn't wrote to which interface you want to connect the mail server ?!?
    If you want to connect it to your ALS, you need an interface which have also an adress from the 192.168.1.x range.

    If the mailserver is in another subnet which can be reached via a router, you have to add thso route to your ASL.

    BTW: Did you already check the manual
