help with QOS

QVICIO
i don´t understand very well QOS and i need your help.

I have one conection of 2 MB and i want set low-normal-high priority in kbytes.

low priority for smtp-pop3 service (20 kbytes)
normal priority for http-https service (50 kbytes)
hight priority for ipsec connections (2048 kbytes)

i don´t know what set in "Uplink Bandwidth" and "Downlink Bandwidth" in this interface.

    Down and Uplink Bandwith is the Bandwith of your connection. E.g. 768kbit downstream and 128kbit upstream for DSL. Please note that the QoS of ASL is only for upstream Traffic, not for downstream. For further information please have a look at  this
