QoS limiting IP ranges regardless of service

I am currently taking a look at ASL 5 as a solution for our office. We have a shared office with 3 parties with several IPs each in one common network (we regularly do projects together, so that's ok).

So what I'm trying to do is share bandwith in three equal parts between three IP ranges, regardless of type of service, direction of traffic, or ports used.

I'm not sure from the documentation if this is possible, and how.

    Hi Andreas, 

    the QoS inside ASL is designed for optimizing a single line to improve performance.
    therefore ASL might not be the best solution as we are limited to these three queue's.
    TCP-ACK packets and packets with the tos flag minimize delay gets automatically sorted into the HIGH queue.
    you than can  sort any other traffic in eihter the HIGH, MEDIUM or the LOW queue with the packetfitler, also based in ip-pool and hosts.
    the max bandwidth of each queue can be configured.
