[5.0.16] Strange Packet filter issue after upgrade

Hello Support,

I have upgrade yesterday form version 4.0.21 to 5.0.16, and import the configuration backup. Now, SOME people in the LAN are temporaly blocked with this line in the log in the packet filtering log :

The clients machines that are blocked are mainly Linux (2.4 and 2.6), and some others with Windows XP and 2000. It is occuring during some times but randomly. 
We are using a simple configuration, with a DMZ  and a masquerading LAN. Some servers in the LAN are on the same switch that the DMZ, but on 2 differents VLANs. Network interfaces are configured as standard ethernet interface.
All the intrusion detection are off. I insist that this configuration worked without a hitch before upgrading.

Could you help me to troubleshoot that ?

    Shame on me...
    The firewall had a forth interface that I had planned
    to use. I try to use it with our previous license but 3
    interfaces was the maximum permitted. Unfortunately,
    in my test, I just plugged the cable (on the same LAN as the 
    internal one but with another IP range..) to check but did not unplugged it.
    By installing the new version and the new license, this card
    went up and the spoofing appears.
    I'm pretty sure it is ok now.
