Hi,
is it possible to route DHCP requests/replys from one net to another?
At the moment I have configured eth0(LAN), eth1(WAN), eth2(DMZ).
There is an DHCP-server in LAN. (I don't use the DHCP-Server on the ASL box, its a seperate machine in LAN).
Now I want to add a new Network (LAN1) on eth3. I don't want to put an seperate DHCP-server in LAN1, so every DHCP request from LAN1 should be forwarded to the DHCP-server in LAN.
AFAIK some Linux distributions come with an dhcp-relay-agent. Is there something like this in ASL?
Oh, I'm using the latest ASL 5 (5.0.15) on a Pyramid hardware.
any hints?
Walter
