Interface Still in Use

I am trying to disable an interface and re-enable it to have it get a new IP address from the cable modem, but when I try to disable it, I get an error message "This interface or one of its network definitions is still in use on the following configuration pages: Network->NAT/Masquerading"  
This used to work fine, but changed since one of the recent updates.  I am now on 5.0.1.0.  Thanks for any help!

    As a workaround, instead of disabling the interface, which Webadmin won't let you do, since you have rules bound to it, try reconfiguring it away from being a DHCP client, by setting it up with a static IP address, then reconfiguring it back to being a DHCP client.

    Since DHCP servers track the IP addresses they issue against the MAC address of the Ethernet card, you are extremely unlikely to get a different IP address. One way to end up with a different IP address (if that is what you really want), is to disconnect from the ISP for a time interval longer than the dynamic IP lease period used by the ISPs DHCP server. That, with a bit of luck, might get you a different IP address.

    The surest way to get a different IP address is to present the ISP with a different MAC address from your end. You can do this by swapping out the Ethernat card that you are using for your WAN connection. Some routers (not ASL) support software configurable MAC address for the WAN connection.
