You want to use 2 ISPs, each one attached to the same Astaro firewall?  

That is not possible with regular static routes.  You would have to use policy routing to make that function properly, which is not supported by Astaro.  There is an older document that tells you how to configure policy routing, but that will invalidate any support for your firewall.

This will work with vpn connections ?

Yes, if you know the IPs of the VPN clients, then you could do a static route.  Although those clients will also use that same circuit for non-VPN traffic.
