E-Mail IP address of firewall not Exchange server

I have a client using ASL4 and what is going on is that when you send an e-mail to an outside person, the header information has the IP address of the firewall and not the e-mail server.   I have a NAT rule for the Exchange server already there...

Any help would be appriciated

  • That would be correct.  Packets leaving the network have the IP address of the firewall's external interface.  What sort of IP are you expecting it to have?  Do you have more than one IP on your external interface or something?
