Hi, everyone. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on trying to make a Java program connect through the firewall. I have tried setting up several different rules but can't seem to make it work. It looks like (from an ethereal packet capture) that the dest. port is always 1111. However, even when I put a rule that says:
Source: Any Dest: Any Service: 1111service Action: Allow
It still won't connect. This does seem to take the dropped packets off of the live packet viewer but they still don't seem to be making it back through the firewall. Any ideas????
