Because there isn't one yet. IPS pattern updates are much less frequent than A/V updates. Astaro will release one when it is necessary. There is nothing to worry about.

If that why IPS license is so expensive? (The same price as AV)

Astaro charges because the signatures are pre-tested, managed (pre-tweaked to minimize false positives as much as possible), integrated into WebAdmin, and kept up to date as new threat signatures are available.
